In case you missed it, we’ve been experiencing some complications with our Instagram account (thanks to some Meta glitches 😤). While we’re still actively working to get @roqquhq back, we didn’t want to leave our amazing community hanging. That’s why we’ve launched a new Instagram page: @roqqupayofficial.
Starting fresh wasn’t easy, and it’s not our final goodbye to the old account. We’re hopeful that @roqquhq will be back soon, but in the meantime, @roqqupayofficial will be your new go-to for exciting content, updates, and, of course, giveaways to christen our new page.
We decided to create a new account with one goal in mind: staying connected with our community. With @roqqupayofficial, you can expect all the usual content — crypto tips, exciting updates, and more cool stuff.

Now, while we’re on the topic, let’s get real for a minute: fraudsters love to take advantage of situations like this. Impersonating accounts to scam people has become their favorite pastime. And we’re not cool with that at all.
That’s why we want you to be extra cautious about who you follow and engage with online. If it’s not from our official pages, just block or report them.
Here are a Few Quick Security Tips to Stay Safe Online
- Double-check the handle: Only trust information from our official social media accounts. If it’s off by even one letter or it has glaring typos, it’s most likely a scam.
- Beware of offers that are too good to be true: If you get random DMs offering free crypto or asking for your login details, it’s most definitely a scam account.
- Don’t click on suspicious links: We’d never send a link claiming your issues will miraculously disappear if you click on it. Our support team has a procedure for resolving user issues that never includes sharing suspicious links.
- Never share sensitive info: Roqqu will never ask for your login details or private information via DMs or in the comment section of our posts.
- Look out for verification badges: If it’s not a verified account, be suspicious. Our official accounts are verified; we’ll do the same for our backup page as soon as possible.
